Powder coating cast bullets

Since I built a 300BLK in a AR15 and a Encore I have also gotten back into reloading. I also wanted to get into casting bullets but dealing with lubing and gaschecks are a pain, then I discovered this process, powder coating the cast bullets! I have a gun and a small oven already,,,now just to order in a melting pot and some powder and I am on the way to some psychodelic rounds as well!

And that is why you size the cast rounds after powder coating, so the powder coating presents zero issues.

The powder coating eliminates lead fouling completely and does not create fouling of it's own. The powder coating also allows you to load to supersonic velocities, the main reason why copper jacketed rounds were developed in the first place. The powder coating makes for a super tough durable and slick as snot bullet surface.

How's accuracy?
Any Fouling issues?
What about barrel wear?

Accuracy is more than acceptable, fouling and barrel wear is non-existant.
