I like it. It's a fun gun. It's heavier than expected because it isn't all polymer/plastic. I cannot find mags now. I only have two which sucks but still allows me to plink. Price has sky rocketed on them lately. I would have liked to tax stamp it for SBR & real surpressors but that's probably going out the window with all the new laws that will be coming down our throats. No complaints out of the old girl. But it doesn't have a scope or VFG on it anymore. They somehow ended up on the wife's Pink 15-22... Lol

And a hammer is used far more often than a rifle to kill citizens in this nation.

You got it. Aggregates the shit out of me. Funny, my "assault" weapons have never harmed anyone. I will confess, I killed a bowling pin once.

Thanks for the review! Seems to be in line with most I've read. With the price of ammo and everything else, I've been looking for another 22, or two... I think we'll pick one of these up over the weekend.

NY listed the thumbhole stock as an Assault Weapon feature, so why even use them, they are fugly as all hell on a AR. I removed the TH stock and installed a ACE Skeleton stock and a G27 grip, alot lighter and easier on the eyes for sure! I didnt install the foam tube as I plan on breaking her down and apply some Duracoat in a similar 2 tone as my TC Encores.

All of the low powered scopes like this 1-4 power Leupold are made that way. There is no need for a front bell untill the low magnification gets to 2x. It does look different than a conventional 3x9 but doesnt look backwards at all to me, just sorta incomplete, LOL, Trijicon scopes do have the larger forward bell design, a little different than most, as well as significantly higher$$$$$

I just ordered another Encore barrel in 300 Blackout, 16.5", 1:8 twist and a threaded muzzle for a suppressor(or brake). My sisters fiance has a CVA Apex scout rifle in 300BLK and has 3 suppressors, they live just across the border in the free zone of Pa, (they are legal with a NFA tax stamp). It is surprisenly quiet, barely louder than a good healthy fart, the round hitting a steel plate is far louder than the report from the rifle!
