New curing oven

Last year i got to thinking about making my own curing oven to use with Cerakoting Firearms ,exhaust parts and misc stuff, but after pricing everything out i ended up with this custom built unit.
Approx. 60x24x24 , 220V / 8 amp draw, dbl wall so well insulated, all formed & welded steel construction ,weighs around 300 Lbs. on the pallet.
Ordered it from ALS back in February and on March 15th my oldest son and i headed to the White City area to pick this up

It came unpainted which was fine by me,would of scraped the hell out of it anyway on the drive back home.
And while in the area i stopped and picked up some supplies...

Got some paint on the outer cabinet this last weekend, used Rustoleum High Heat Black, makes it easy to touch up the scratches later on.

Picked up a 5 gal pail of Non-Chlorinated Brake Kleen from ,of all places,Shucks / O'Rielly,ouch $$.

Next Monday Fastenall says my 50 lbs of 120 A/O will be in,again ouch $$. ( shipping is insane)

Already have several jobs just waiting for me to get up an running, soon i hope.
Will need to make a paint booth, already have the explosion proof fan, lighting, etc on hand, just need to build a structure.
Enjoy,
Z

What temps does that cabinet oven get up to? Enough to do powder coating as well?

It will go above 300 degrees but not a lot.
I think the controller limits the temp so upgrading is simple.
Oven unpainted is $2k plus shipping , finding a dedicated oven that will reach 450 to 500 degrees would be cheaper in the long run.

Name the time or three and I'll see if I'm free. Sounds like a good time.
