Decent brass price?

I can buy 9mm, mixed head stamps, mostly nickel, mostly once-fired brass for $.035 each. I can also buy some .38 "brass" brass, mixed head stamps, mostly once-fired for $.065 each. None has be deprimed, or tumbled, etc.
From what I am finding, that seems to be a pretty good price....is it?
I haven't kept up on brass prices for awhile, so I don't know for sure. I don't care about the current "no availability" side of it.....I don't "need" this brass, I just have the opportunity to buy some. I can also wait 6 months, or longer, if it looks like the price will go down and buy some then.

I can also buy 40 S&W, 45 ACP, 380 from .04 to .08 each (same deal...mixed head stamps, not worked, mostly once-fired).....I don't currently need any of those, but if I could buy it and make some $$$ off of it, I might do that.
I also found once fired .223 Remington for .20 each....which I believe is a little high.

I would hold off on purchasing any major amounts of brass for a few weeks at least(preferably a couple months), it will drop back down.

Absolutely procure some small amounts if you do not have any brass or ammo on hand.

Of course availability also is directly tied to the commie pond scum traitors in our govt, they can create another scare/run very easily

I've got a fair amount on hand. And I have some resources to get more, if I absolutely need to.

So what is/was the "normal" (non-hoarding) price for 38 special and 9mm once fired brass?

I never paid more than a dime for once fired 9mm brass locally, now once fired brass costs more than loaded rounds cost to reload just 4 months ago.

I don't know how to take this, asking readers to tell you if this price is cheap enough so you can stock up and then resell it at a price so you can make some $$$ of it. To each his own.

Buy what you need and don't fuel the hoarding frenzy or is it capitalism at its base? I think the prices we are seeing will be the new normal.

Actually, I am keeping all the 38s I am buying and of the 9mms that I don't want, my dad wanted. But if someone was interested in the 9mms that dad wanted, he would probably sell his.
So I wasn't really asking from a reselling point.
I am not "hoarding", in my eyes. I just don't have many 38s/357s and don't really have enough 9mms without having to reload after every few times shooting. So I figure if I can reload a lot every 6 months, instead of a few every month or two, then that would be a better way to do it, IMO.

didn't want to cause a stir, but your post left me scratching my head as to intent.

.223 brass is fair priced also.

I didn't assume anything, it was obvious. And I did ask.

Thanks.

I got my .38 brass picked up and it has been tumbled.

The 9mm looks to be pretty clean, even though it hasn't been tumbled.

Now I got some reloading to do.
